Key features include room browsing, advanced search filters, real-time availability updates, secure Firebase authentication, and integrated location-based search via Google Maps. Room owners can register, list their properties, manage bookings, and communicate with guests. The app uses Firebase Real-time Database and Cloud Storage to manage user and room data, and optionally connects to a Spring Boot back end for analytics, notifications, and administrative operations.
