Abstract

The E-Lab Diagnostics System is a web-based application developed to automate and manage the operations of diagnostic laboratories, especially targeting urban and rural healthcare gaps. It enables patient registration, test booking, report generation, and secure data storage with role-based access for Admin, Lab Technicians, Doctors, and Patients. The system ensures smooth workflows with online booking, report uploads, and secure report viewing. This paper discusses the system architecture, database design, security measures, and overall implementation using PHP, MySQL, and related web technologies to deliver an accessible and scalable diagnostic management solution.
