This research introduces "Aristech," a block chain-based decentralized framework designed to enhance transparency and security within organic food supply chains. Agri Tech leverages block chain to record immutable data at each stage, while smart contracts automate key operations to ensure product authenticity and minimize fraud. Evaluations demonstrate Agri Tech effectiveness in addressing inefficiencies in conventional supply chains. Future enhancements include integrating IoT devices and machine learning capabilities.
