Borewell drilling, pump installation, cleaning, repair, inspection, and routine maintenance support groundwater access for households and agricultural users. In many areas, customers still locate service providers through informal local contacts. This paper sets out the design of a domain-specific Borewell Service Management System, implemented in concept as a role-based web application for customers, technicians, and administrators. A central feature of the design is the customer–borewell–booking data model. It allows one account to contain several separately identified borewells and connects each site to its own bookings, service history, and complaints. The proposed workflow validates requests, checks for duplicates, filters technicians by service category and service area, and ranks eligible providers according to distance, experience, rating, and availability. The paper also outlines an evaluation plan involving functional test cases, response-time measurements, concurrent-booking tests, usability surveys, and role-based security checks. The supplied project draft, however, contains no evidence of a deployed application, completed survey, measured performance, or application screenshots. These items are therefore treated as work still to be completed, not as established results. The present contribution is a system design and an evaluation-ready prototype specification; claims about effectiveness must await implementation and field testing.
