Layered Architecture of Consult Pro Cloud - Integrating Salesforce with Enterprise HCM Systems

Abstract

Businesses must engage in the digital transformation of their Human Resource (HR) Service delivery; this transformation is a strategic priority since efficient service delivery will positively impact both the efficiency and employee experience in a company. This white paper will identify the ConsultPro Cloud-based HR Service Delivery platform (also referred to as ConsultPro Cloud) and provide details on the HR Service Modernization Framework (HRSMF) for HR Services, which has been developed on the Salesforce platform and utilises the Employee Service component of the Salesforce Service Cloud, the Agentforce AI technology, and the Experience Cloud to provide a seamless HR service delivery (HRSD) environment. As a result, the framework provides a single source of truth regarding the data, processes, and applications needed to support employee service delivery by integrating with existing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems in a seamless manner to generate a 360-degree employee view, use AI-powered self-service capabilities to automate case management, and generate high-quality analytics for decision making. Key outcomes from using this framework will be to increase employee productivity by 31%, reduce case resolution time by 30%, and provide 96% of HR-related responses for routine inquiries from employees through AI-based resolution mechanisms. The HRSMF approach will resolve many of the critical issues associated with traditional HR operations with a fragmented system, an abundance of manual processes, and limited analytical capabilities while helping establish a strong and scalable foundation to support future HR innovation through the Salesforce platform.
